Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Mobility support and safe patient transfer techniques
- Personal hygiene maintenance and incontinence care
- Meal assistance and nutrition monitoring
- Observation of patient conditions and reporting changes
- Light housekeeping duties in patient rooms
- Collaboration with RNs and LPNs for care coordination
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proof of immunizations and TB test
