Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams on care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following OSHA guidelines
- Transport patients and equipment safely
- Delight residents with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Mesa healthcare facilities
