Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in diverse settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialized care units
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and recovery progress while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and home care procedures
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance, infection control protocols, and facility-specific regulations

Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred for certain assignments
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
