Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies with rapid clinical judgment
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities for patient/family interactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems (EPIC preferred)
