Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Manage emergency situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active KY RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
