Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, MedSurg, and ICU units
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound management with precision
- Document patient assessments and interventions using EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility-specific protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- 1+ years of recent clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC or PALS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts across weekdays/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
