Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across medical/surgical units, ERs, and specialty departments
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols at all times
- Provide patient education and emotional support during critical moments
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Complete shift handovers with precision and clarity
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in US hospital setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts across day/night rotations
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
