Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings including telemetry, ICU, and emergency departments
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in clinical status promptly
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate medication reconciliation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- Proficiency in Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
