Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and document clinical notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Manage emergency situations using ACLS/BLS protocols
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts on short notice
- Electronic medical record proficiency (EPIC/Cerner)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks
