Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Accurately assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain precise documentation in compliance with HIPAA and facility protocols
- Provide patient education and support to promote health outcomes

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialty roles
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
