Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty facilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per physician orders and nursing protocols
- Assess patient conditions accurately and document clinical observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning for optimal health outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
