Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, MedSurg, Telemetry)
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions per facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with safety-first approach
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Provide emergency response and stabilization in critical situations
- Maintain precise electronic health records documentation
Qualifications
- Active WA RN license (or compact license with WA endorsement)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Telemetry preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS required for pediatric roles)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
