Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA protocols
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS/PALS preferred for specialty units
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Valid TB test and health screening
- Reliable transportation for multiple facilities
