Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and recovery
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in acute care or specialty setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proficient in electronic health records (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for assignments
