Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, ER, or ICU units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas (or compact state)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
