Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision
- Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Manage patient records using our digital dental software
- Order inventory and ensure optimal clinic supply levels
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Coordinate treatment plans and scheduling with front desk team
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and sterilization protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft or DentalWorks software
