Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including restorations and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Implement strict sterilization protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Execute patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Coordinate treatment planning with dentists and hygienists
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Mastery of digital charting (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification and current immunization records
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
