Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in shift-to-shift handoffs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
