Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments (e.g., instrument handling, suction)
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage sterilization and infection control protocols
- Update patient records and schedule appointments
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Order and maintain dental supplies
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license in Nevada
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a dental practice
- Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Dental software experience a plus)
