Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgeries
- Perform digital X-ray imaging and intraoral photography with precision
- Manage patient records using our cloud-based practice management system
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory protocols
- Coordinate telehealth consultations for post-operative follow-ups
- Train new staff on our integrated digital workflows
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB certification required
- 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 3 remote days per week for administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of dental radiography techniques
- Exceptional patient communication and chairside manner
