Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and surgeries with precision and efficiency.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following strict safety protocols.
- Maintain strict infection control standards and sterilization procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene techniques.
- Manage patient records accurately and efficiently using our dental software.
Qualifications
- Current and active DANB (RDA, RDAE, or NHA) certification or state license.
- Valid X-ray certification (intraoral and/or extraoral).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
