Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision and care
- Perform infection control protocols and sterilize instruments
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with dental materials preparation and inventory management
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification and BLS certification required
