Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and clinical areas for procedures using provided advanced dental equipment
- Assist dentists during complex treatments including digital imaging and restorative procedures
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols for provided instruments and equipment
- Manage digital patient records and practice management software
- Provide chairside support for surgical and cosmetic dentistry cases
- Train on new equipment technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license in Arizona
- 1+ years experience in a dental practice setting
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management systems
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and patient rapport
- Ability to operate provided advanced dental equipment
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge
