Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments using provided autoclaves and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures with advanced imaging systems and digital radiography
- Manage patient flow and ensure optimal clinic efficiency with provided software
- Take impressions and fabricate temporary prosthetics using modern lab equipment
- Maintain infection control protocols using provided PPE and sterilization systems
- Document patient records using our integrated digital practice management software
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of chairside experience with digital dentistry equipment
- Proficiency with practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- CPR certification maintained throughout employment
- Exceptional communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to operate and maintain provided dental equipment including CBCT scanners
