Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards
- Take digital dental radiographs using our modern imaging systems
- Manage patient flow and documentation in our digital practice software
- Provide chairside support during restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Implement infection control protocols with provided sterilization equipment
- Deliver post-operative instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital imaging and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient comfort
