Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient monitoring
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision
- Manage patient scheduling and clinical inventory efficiently
- Maintain sterile treatment rooms and OSHA compliance standards
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies and manage billing documentation
Qualifications
- CDA certification or DANB-recognized credentials required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and chairside manner skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
