Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations, crowns, and oral surgery
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization of all instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and equipment for seamless patient flow
- Deliver post-operative instructions and patient education
- Manage patient records using our advanced dental software
- Coordinate with front desk staff to optimize scheduling and patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification and Missouri radiology license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in general dentistry
- Mastery of infection control and OSHA compliance standards
- Proficiency in digital radiography and dental imaging systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
