About the Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our daily workflow while providing exceptional comfort and care to our patients. You will work closely with our experienced dentists to deliver top-tier dental services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and surgeries with precision and care.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments, materials, and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
  • Take and develop digital X-rays (PANEX, Periapicals, Cephalometrics) under the supervision of the dentist.
  • Manage patient records, including updating charts, collecting insurance information, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide detailed post-operative care instructions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the clinical environment, adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
  • Perform chair-side sterilization and manage inventory of dental supplies.

Qualifications

  • CDA or RDA certification is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
  • Current CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
