Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental X-rays with proper radiation safety protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Order inventory and maintain supply organization
- Coordinate front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods with precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for digital record keeping
- Current CPR certification (will provide training)
- Valid Arizona state ID or driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
