Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Manage patient scheduling and communication
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols
- Process insurance claims and maintain digital records
- Provide chairside support and patient education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- CPR certification (will be provided if not certified)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Eagerness to learn and grow in dentistry
