Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory
- Take dental impressions and assist with radiography (X-rays)
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records
- Provide chairside support and patient education
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
