Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in diverse hospital settings across Fresno
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
- Adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining clinical excellence
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and specialized certifications per unit requirements
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical environments
- Positive references from previous employers
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
