Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using proper infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Manage patient records and digital charting
- Deliver post-op instructions and schedule follow-ups
- Maintain sterilization and OSHA compliance standards
- Support front desk operations when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- Strong desire to learn healthcare protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification (training provided)
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
