Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient positioning
- Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and digital dental software (training provided)
- Take dental X-rays and assist with radiography protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal infection control standards
- Provide chairside support and patient education on oral hygiene
- Manage inventory ordering and supply maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – full training provided
- Certification in CPR/BLS (we will assist with obtaining)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow precise protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
