Responsibilities
- Assist the lead dentist during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Prepare treatment rooms by arranging instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental x-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care.
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols at all times.
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to complete state-required Dental Assistant certification through our training program.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
