Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures with precision and care.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to strict safety standards.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided).
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-care instructions.
- Manage patient records, update charts, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and complete paid on-the-job training.
