Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, including instrument handling and patient preparation
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols for all equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays using digital imaging systems
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain digital dental records
- Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms and stock dental supplies
- Deliver post-procedure care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Basic computer literacy for dental software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
