Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgeries
- Perform digital radiography and develop diagnostic X-rays following ALARA protocols
- Manage sterilization and infection control protocols for all equipment and instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and instruments for daily procedures
- Delieve patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and treatment documentation
- Coordinate lab cases including crown/bridge fabrication and orthodontic appliances
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification (will be provided during training)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Passionate about healthcare and patient-centered care
- Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
