Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, surgical, and orthodontic treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment using OSHA-compliant protocols
- Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain for clinical supplies
- Delve patient education materials and post-operative care instructions
- Oversee infection control protocols and waste disposal systems
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligibility
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
