Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment following OSHA protocols
- Take accurate dental impressions and process radiographs
- Manage patient flow and maintain clinical efficiency
- Deliver exceptional chairside support and patient education
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Maintain precise digital documentation in practice management software
Qualifications
- Certificate from accredited Dental Assisting program or equivalent experience
- Current Ohio Dental Assistant radiography license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
