Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and impressions
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA protocols
- Order inventory and manage dental supply stock
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training program (4-6 weeks)
- Basic computer proficiency for dental software management
- CPR certification (will be provided during training)
