Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction control
- Capture and develop diagnostic dental X-rays using digital radiography
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials for patient procedures
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models for lab work
- Manage patient flow and ensure optimal clinic efficiency
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to put patients at ease
- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for digital charting systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (will be provided if needed)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening
