Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction management
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols for all dental equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety guidelines
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments using digital systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal inventory of dental supplies
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills with patient-focused mindset
- Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions precisely
- Basic computer literacy for dental software systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
