Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument transfer and patient preparation
- Perform dental radiography (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
- Implement sterilization protocols and maintain clinical equipment
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies efficiently
- Delieve patient education on oral hygiene procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure infection control standards
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to completing our paid training program (8 weeks)
- CPR certification preferred (will be provided during training)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
