Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication assistance
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and health status, reporting changes to healthcare team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate effectively with family members

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
