Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to medical team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication management
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Engage in therapeutic activities and cognitive stimulation
- Maintain accurate care records and client preferences
Qualifications
- 1+ year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
