Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary requirements
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with family members
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure client safety at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with mobility
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client dignity
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
