- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)

- Reliable transportation and valid North Carolina driver's license
