Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation within the facility
- Support meal services and ensure proper nutrition/hydration
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Adhere to all HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or enrollment in approved training program)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous healthcare experience a plus but not required
