Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Support nursing staff in delivering compassionate patient care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Transport patients safely within healthcare facility
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly and vulnerable populations
